Return Policy
Except for those products designated as non-returnable, all products purchased on our Site (serendi-market.com) may be returned, provided that a return request is made within three (3) days of delivery and approved by us. In order to receive refund or credit, your product must be returned in their original condition (namely, unopened and sealed in its original packaging), and all approved returns must be received by us within fifteen (15) days of the return approval.
How to make a return.
- To return products, you must first contact our Customer Service Department by emailing at hello@serendi-int.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Any unauthorized return (e.g., a product returned without prior authorization from us) may be refused, discarded or sent back at your own cost.
- Please follow the return instruction provided with the return authorization when you ship your products to us. All approved returns must be received by us within fifteen (15) days from the date we issue an RMA number. You are responsible for all costs of shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- Return the product in their original packaging it was received. We will not accept a return of merchandise that has been used, altered, damaged or returned without the original packaging and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included.
How refunds are issued.
Once your return is received and verified, a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, will be issued. If the return is made a result of our error or defective product, we will also refund the original shipping charges.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
Exceptions to this Return Policy.
All sale items purchased at a discount of 10% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
In addition, any product designated on this Site as non-returnable or Final Sale is sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged.
